Our letter of the week is Z.
Here are some of the things that we will do this week to reinforce the letter Y.
- Put zebras on the letter Z.
- Take an imaginary trip to the zoo. Set up a play area with different stuffed animals, make tickets for the train ride and a concession stand.
- Make a large Z on the floor with painters tape, use a match box car and use the Z as a road.
- Practice zipping up a zipper.
- Plant a Zinnias.
- Make a Zip-lock zoo book. Sew two or three Zip-lock bags together. Help your child cut paper to fit inside each bag. Have your child draw pictures of zoo animals or cut pictures out of a magazine.
